Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Command Genius and Computrio, both owned and operated by Techneeks LLC. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
Operational use only
Command Genius may not be used to send marketing, promotional, bulk, cold outreach, purchased-list, or lead-generation SMS messages unless separately approved in writing by Techneeks LLC and supported by a separately approved messaging campaign.
Messaging conduct
You may not use Command Genius to:
- Send spam
- Send messages to purchased, rented, scraped, or borrowed phone lists
- Conduct cold SMS outreach
- Send unauthorized marketing or promotional SMS under the operational campaign
- Send bulk broadcast SMS
- Send deceptive or misleading content, or phishing or malware links
- Evade opt-outs, or send messages after a recipient has replied STOP
- Conduct third-party lead generation or affiliate marketing
Harmful and abusive content
You may not use Command Genius to send:
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
- SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or other prohibited content categories
- Adult content
- Gambling-related content
Restricted industries and content
You may not use Command Genius for:
- Lending, debt collection, or loan promotion
- Cryptocurrency promotion
- Cannabis or controlled substances
- Firearms or weapons
- Political or advocacy messaging
- Healthcare or medical messaging
Emergency and life-safety reliance
You may not use Command Genius for:
- Emergency services
- Law enforcement dispatch
- Any use that relies on Command Genius for life-safety outcomes

Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to Command Genius or Computrio. Contact operations@techneeksweb.com with questions about a specific use case before sending.
