This page describes the security practices currently in place for Command Genius and Computrio, both owned and operated by Techneeks LLC. We will update this page as our practices change.
Current measures
- HTTPS encryption in transit for all application traffic
- Encryption at rest provided by our database and infrastructure provider
- Role-based access controls for application users
- Row-level security applied where configured in our database
- Ticket event and audit logs for operational activity
- Restricted administrative access to production systems
- Multi-factor authentication available for admin and owner roles where enabled
- Backups where configured by our infrastructure provider
What we don't claim
We do not currently claim SOC 2, HIPAA compliance, ISO 27001, or PCI certification beyond what our payment processor independently maintains. We do not claim enterprise-grade compliance, 24/7 security operations, or formal third-party penetration testing unless it has actually been completed and is stated here.
Vendors
We rely on a limited set of established third-party providers to operate Command Genius and Computrio, covering infrastructure, messaging, voice, AI processing, email, and payment processing. Command Genius and Computrio are built in-house by Techneeks LLC and are not white-labeled reseller products.
