Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Command Genius and Computrio, both owned and operated by Techneeks LLC. By using either service, you agree to these terms.
2. Who operates the service
Techneeks LLC, a Pennsylvania-based technology company founded in 2019 and headquartered at 200 Morning Mist Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001, owns and operates Command Genius and Computrio. Command Genius and Computrio are product names, not separate legal entities or DBAs.
3. Accounts and authorized users
A client business is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when creating an account, and for the actions of authorized users it adds to that account, including employees, managers, and technicians.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit contact information, phone numbers, employee information, customer information, ticket data, and operational data into the service.
5. SMS compliance responsibilities
Customers agree to use Command Genius SMS features only for operational and transactional purposes as described in our SMS Terms and SMS Compliance pages, and not for marketing, promotional, bulk, or unsolicited messaging.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Command Genius or Computrio for any use prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, including spam, purchased or scraped contact lists, marketing SMS at launch, bulk broadcast messaging, or content related to healthcare, emergency services, law enforcement dispatch, or other restricted categories listed there.
7. Acceptable Use Policy incorporation
Our Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is a violation of these Terms.
8. Fees and payment
Fees, if applicable, are set out separately in your order form or account agreement. Payment processing, when applicable, is handled by third-party payment processors. Techneeks LLC does not store full payment card numbers.
9. Intellectual property
Command Genius and Computrio, including their software, design, and underlying technology, are built and owned by Techneeks LLC. Techneeks LLC does not operate Command Genius or Computrio as a white-labeled reseller product.
10. Client / customer data
Client businesses retain rights to the data they submit. Techneeks LLC processes that data to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. AI / automation disclaimer
Command Genius uses AI-assisted features to help process and organize information. AI-assisted features do not initiate unsolicited outreach and may produce errors. Operational decisions based on their output remain the customer's responsibility.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep Command Genius and Computrio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

Command Genius and Computrio are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement between you and Techneeks LLC.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techneeks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Command Genius or Computrio.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the service in accordance with the applicable account agreement. Techneeks LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
