SMS Compliance
1. Overview
Command Genius sends operational and transactional SMS messages under the Techneeks LLC brand. Messages are used for account alerts, ticket assignments, dispatch notifications, status changes, support updates, incident notifications, and transactional responses to customer-initiated requests.
2. Who sends messages
Messages are sent from a single, shared Command Genius sending identity operated by Techneeks LLC. At launch, this is a Direct Brand / Low Volume Standard registration with one brand: Techneeks LLC / Command Genius. There are no client-branded A2P campaigns, no per-client A2P registration, and no per-client sending numbers at launch.
3. Message types
- Account alerts
- Verification messages
- Ticket updates
- Dispatch notifications
- Assignment alerts
- Status changes
- Support updates
- Incident notifications
- Customer-initiated transactional responses
4. Who receives messages
SMS recipients include employees, managers, technicians, and customers receiving transactional responses to their own inbound requests.
5. How users opt in
Users opt in during invitation acceptance or in notification settings by entering their phone number and selecting an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Self-service account creation is not available, so there is no signup consent path. The consent language explains the message types, message frequency, message/data rates, STOP instructions, HELP instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. See a full worked example on our opt-in evidence page.
6. How users opt out
A reply of STOP unsubscribes the phone number from Command Genius SMS messages. Because Command Genius uses a shared sending identity at launch, STOP is treated as a platform-level opt-out, suppressing that number across all client accounts.
7. HELP behavior
A reply of HELP returns support information for Command Genius and Techneeks LLC, including how to reach support by phone or email.
8. STOP behavior
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Command Genius SMS messages. After a STOP reply, the number may receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages unless the user opts back in by replying START where supported.
9. Data and consent logging
We log a consent record for each opt-in and opt-out, including the phone number, consent status, consent source, consent timestamp, the version of the consent language, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms in effect, the message categories selected, and any opt-out or resubscribe timestamp. Every record is tagged to the client business account it relates to.
10. No marketing or bulk SMS
11. Automated and event-driven messaging
Some intake is automated, including AI-assisted handling of inbound contacts. In all cases, SMS messages are tied to operational events, user activity, and customer-initiated requests. They are never unsolicited, cold, or promotional, and automated features do not initiate outreach on their own.
12. Client / business context
Command Genius is used by client businesses such as multi-location service operators, laundromats, and car washes to manage dispatch and operational communication with their own employees, technicians, and customers. Each client account's data and consent records are tracked separately, even though messages are sent from one shared Command Genius sending identity at launch.
