1. Who we are

Techneeks LLC is a Pennsylvania-based technology company founded in 2019 and headquartered at 200 Morning Mist Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001. Techneeks LLC owns and operates Command Genius, an operations and dispatch platform, and Computrio, a managed IT services brand. Command Genius and Computrio are product names, not separate legal entities.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information collected automatically when you interact with the service. This includes account information, contact information, phone numbers and SMS consent records, and operational data you submit or generate while using the service.

3. Account information

When you or your business creates an account, we collect information such as name, business name, role, email address, and login credentials. Authorized users within a client account may have their own account information tied to that business account.

4. Contact information

We collect contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you contact us, request a demo, or are added as an authorized user or contact on a client account.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Command Genius, we collect your phone number and a record of your consent, including the consent language presented to you, the date and time of consent, and the source of that consent (invitation acceptance or notification settings).

SMS data sharing SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Operational data

We create and store operational data related to the activity generated through your account, such as service requests, their status, and related notes. Where you contact us by phone, calls may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality, and security purposes. Pennsylvania is an all-party consent state, and our phone systems provide a recording disclosure at the start of the call.

7. Automated processing

We may use AI-assisted features to help process and organize information you provide. We do not use your customer, client, SMS, call, or operational data to train third-party AI models.

8. Customer / client data

Client businesses using the service may submit information about their own employees and customers in order to operate the service, such as names, phone numbers, and details related to service requests. Client businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit that information.

9. How we use information

We use this information to operate, maintain, and improve the service, to send operational and transactional SMS messages, to provide support, to maintain security and audit logs, and to communicate with account holders and authorized users.

10. SMS privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected for Command Genius are used only to deliver the operational and transactional messages described on our SMS Terms and SMS Compliance pages. SMS consent records may be retained for at least four years after the last message, or longer where required for legal, compliance, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. Vendors

We use a limited set of established third-party providers to operate the service, covering infrastructure, messaging, voice, AI processing, email, and payment processing. These providers process only the data needed to deliver those functions.

12. Data retention

SMS consent records are retained for at least four years after the last message. We retain other information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor; Techneeks LLC does not store full payment card numbers.

13. Security

We use measures such as encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging to help protect information. See our Security page for more detail.

14. Data export / deletion

Account holders may request export or deletion of their account data, subject to the retention obligations above and any data we are required to retain for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Contact us using the information below.

15. Children's privacy

The service is a business operations tool intended for businesses and their authorized personnel. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
